Founded in 2004 by the County Commissioners Association of Ohio (CCAO), CEBCO is a member-owned, not-for-profit consortium dedicated to providing Ohio counties with stable, cost-effective employee health benefits. Through comprehensive coverage, wellness programs, and dedicated member support, CEBCO helps counties manage healthcare costs while promoting the health and well-being of their employees.
