Joseph Charette Elected as PCA President

Joseph Charette has been elected at the 57th PCA President.  He will begin his tenure as President-Elect starting July 1, 2024, and will be President during the 2025-26 fiscal year.  Charette has worked as a professional counselor and counselor educator in Pennsylvania for many years. Charette holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Duquesne University and has been a long-time member of PCA.
