Software Down-Loads

MS Internet Explorer Trademark  Adobe Acrobat Trademark  MS Office Trademark
MS Internet Explorer® Web browser (free software; ideal for viewing this site and for down-loading HTML files)* Adobe Acrobat® document reader (free software; necessary for down-loading PDF files) MS Word Viewer® document reader (free software; if you don't have regular MS Word® or Corel WordPerfect®, you'll need this for down-loading RTF files)

* Use of the Netscape or AOL Web browser can cause some irregularities.  The PCA apologizes for this inconvenience but has optimized this site for MS Internet Explorer to best serve the majority (approximately 96%) of its users.  Also, the PCA recommends that you keep or reset your MS Internet Explorer Web browser's text setting at its default "Medium" setting, and that you set your monitor to display at an 800 x 600 screen resolution.  Doing so will display this site the way it was designed to be displayed.

If you experience difficulty with down-loading software or any other technical issue, please don't hesitate to contact the PCA Webmaster for tech support (see contact information below).

Web Site Accessibility and Usability

The PCA has attempted to make this Web site accessible to each of our visitors, including those with disabilities.  Our goal has been to develop a site that is compliant with Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act.  While we are working toward this goal on an ongoing basis, we realize that there are areas in which we still need to improve.  While visiting our site, if you come across something that you feel is inaccessible, please e-mail or call the PCA Webmaster (see contact information below).  Please include the full URL (Web address, e.g., www.pacounseling.org/central.htm) of the page you have a question or comment about.
