PCA President's Message - Conference Announcement

IMPORTANT CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear PCA Member,

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we at PCA have had to make some difficult decisions regarding our 52nd PCA Annual Conference, Innovation and Creativity in the Counseling Relationship.  After many conversations and consultations with ACA and other State Branches, the PCA Executive Council and the Conference Committee have made the difficult decision to move the 52nd PCA Annual Conference to a virtual format. The hard decision was made based on safety concerns and financial responsibilities. The virtual format will still allow for professional counselors to earn CEs. 

We are working diligently to prepare the virtual platform to ensure that this year’s theme is brought to life by making your conference experience innovative, creative, and of course, educational. We are confident that with your support, this change in format will result in another outstanding PCA Annual Conference experience through professional, educational, and personal networking connections. We will be sending out updates as soon as possible to share the conference format details, as well as registration information.

A Call for Presentation Proposal Submissions will go out in the next day. We are looking forward to seeing your innovative and creative proposals!
